Division News: Bell Academy beats Avaya by 4 wickets

Perfect day for T20. Avaya won the toss and descided to bat first. Imran and Ishfaq gave a lovely start. Imran hit a lovely 6 to cheer up the crowd but lost his wicket to a very good ball from Kennedy. He was caught and bowled by Kennedy for 11. Later Ishfaq had his partnership with Paul(7), Manish(9). They both gave their wickets away for very less. Ishfaq made brilliant 52 runs. Avaya innings were then brought to life with Ashish and Ahmed partnership which helped to get the total score of 139 with 8 wickets down.

Mohd Gause and Rajiv opened batting from Bell's side. Partnership of 87 runs were made. During this innings there were some good shots played by Gause and Rajiv. Rajiv was unluck to get run out on 19 by Ashish followed by Clarke for 11 by Paul. Mirza put an end to Gause's lovely innings for 61 with a brilliant catch by Ahmed. Later Tilbvey was bowledout by Mirza for 4 runs.

The match took a turn and it was anybody's match. At the end 12 balls remaining and 8 runs were required. Bell scored 6 runs of the second last over. Avaya tried its best to restrict 2 runs of 6 balls but Team Bell privaled and they scored those 2 runs in 3 balls.

I feel both the teams gave their best and the best team won.
